Captured Moments with Kansai University Students

Nichiko asked me, "What will make the children so happy?"
I said, "Games. A lot of games, new games that are to them."
But, for 4 days of the Kansai University students' stay here in the House of Joy,
I've realized it's not only the games.
It's also the sincerity and willingness of visitors to play with them and talk with them.

And it's good to see Kansai Students has given that to HOJ children.
We do appreciate your preparations for every activity.
Thank you for making HOJ children happy
as well as the San Isidro students for sharing your student life and things about Japan country.

We hope to see you again.

Who deserves to be awarded for being a good child?

these children!!!!

Most Improved Children
Indeed a Mr. Nice Guy!!! Obedient and thoughtful.

At the age of 2, this child can almost memorized the songs and steps of their dances during programs. He would never hesitate to perform to please our visitors.

Most Neat and Clean
She did not expect the award but she really is neat and clean.

Most Behave
She's a nice girl.  She always follow the policies in the center.

Most Responsible Children
You can never say anything bad about this child. He is very good in the center. He participates in every activity and chores despite his being a low vision child.

She is always mistaken as a boy because of her boyish look and the way she walks but she is very responsible towards her younger roommates like a Nanay.

Special Award
She dances and sings well and knows how to prepare food for everyone.  A very talented child!!!

Best Group

Green Team!!!

Congratulations guys!!!
Keep up the good work.
Always be a good model to the other wards.

Thank you for visiting HOJ Children!

Daichi and Tatsu giving their farewell messages.  They were teary eyed and thankful for the children for the enjoyment they shared with them.

Falling in line for Kuya Daichi and Kuya Tatsu's baloons.  Simple gifts like this gives so much joy to these children.

Father Ogie, Tatsu, Daichi, Ms. Hiroko, and Father Kim

Father Ogie and Father Kim danced with the children.

Marites sat with Ate Risa while singing a farewell song for her.

This is Tatsu, Daichi and Risa's first time here in HOJ and all of them cried during the farewell program.  Don't worry guys, you can always come back to visit these children.  You are always welcome here.

To Father Kim, Father Ogie, Ms. Hiroko, thank you for sharing your talents and participating in their dances.  The children do appreciate and are glad when visitors never hesitate and refuse their invitation to dance and sing with them.
